on the cover. Thread the bare wire end under the earthing washer, and fix it with
the spring washer and nut.
The electrical wiring diagram of the hot water tank is shown in Figure 3.
After fixing, the connecting cable must be protected against pulling by using the
clamps and screws located next to the cable inlet on the bottom plate, in such way
that the cable must be inserted between the two clamp halves and then fixed to
the bottom plate using the screws.
It is forbidden and dangerous to operate the hot water tank without any
protective earthing.

PUTTING INTO USE
ELECTRICAL CONNECTION MUST TAKE PLACE AFTER CONNECTION TO THE WATER
NETWORK AND FILLING THE APPLIANCE WITH WATER. IT IS FORBIDDEN TO
POWER ON THE APPLIANCE BEFORE FILLING IT UP WITH WATER!
WHEN HEATING UP FOR THE FIRST TIME, HAVE PROPER OPERATION SUPERVISED
BY A PROFESSIONAL.
Open the closing valve (Item 1, Figure 3-4) and the hot water tap, but leave the cold
water tap closed. The water flowing in fills the tank, and it also appears at the outlet
of the faucet. Let the water flow for a few minutes to flush the appliance, then close
the tap. Then, check the operation of the cold water tap.
Connect the appliance to the mains. The indicator light will illuminate during the
heat-up time. When app. 15% of the water is withdrawn, the regulator
automatically switches back on.
During heat up time, excess water may leak through the outlet of the combined
safety valve due to expansion.
