WARNING
Bursting cutting blade
hazard
A cutting blade can burst and cause personal injury
or death.
Check that no persons are within the safety
distance, which is 49 ft. (15 m). Never start cutting
until the workzone is clear.
Never use a cutting blade with a lower speed
rating than 4800 rpm.
Inspect the cutting blade before usage, check that
it is not chipped, cracked or shows signs of other
defects.
Check that the cutting blade is fitted correctly and
does not show any sign of damage.
Always ensure that the guard is in place, is in good
condition and correctly fitted before starting the
machine.
Never use a cutting blade for any other purpose
than it is intended for.
Operation, precautions
DANGER
Explosion hazard
If a cutting blade comes into contact with explosives
or explosive gases, an explosion could occur. When
working on certain materials and when using certain
materials in machine parts, sparks and ignition can
occur. Explosions will lead to severe injuries or death.
Never operate the machine in any explosive
environment.
Never use the machine near flammable materials,
fumes or dust.
Make sure that there are no undetected sources
of gas or explosives.
WARNING
Unexpected movements
The machine and the cutting blade can kick back
towards the operator very suddenly and violently.
If the upper quadrant of the blade touches an object
, the cutting blade can unexpectedly move with
great force and cause serious injury or death.
Furthermore, losing your balance or slipping may
cause injury.
Make sure that you always keep a stable position
with your feet as far apart as your shoulder width,
and keeping a balanced body weight.
Always inspect the equipment prior to use. Never
use the equipment if you suspect that it is
damaged.
Make sure that the handles are clean and free of
grease and oil.

Safety and operating instructions
Never start to cut with the upper quadrant of the
cutting blade.
Stand firmly and always hold on to the machine
with both hands.
Never start the machine when it is lying on the
ground.
Always cut with the machine running at maximum
speed.
Never strike or abuse the equipment.
Check regularly for wear on the cutting blade,
and check whether there are any signs of damage
or visible cracks.
Make sure that the work piece is supported during
cutting.
Never cut above shoulder height.
Never cut in wood or plastic.
Never place the machine on the ground, before
the cutting blade has come to a complete stop.
Pay attention when cutting soft materials.
Pay attention and look at what you are doing.
