8. do not overload an attachment
or towed equipment. use proper
counterweights to maintain tractor
stability. hitch heavy loads to the
draw-bar only.

mended. never add more ballast
to compensate a higher load than

11. a safety chain will help control
drawn equipment should it be
accidentally separated from the
draw-bar while transporting. using
the proper adaptor parts, attach
the chain to the tractor draw-bar
support or other specified anchor
locations. provide only enough
slack in the chain to permit turn-
ing. see your dealer for a chain

greater than the gross weight of
the towed equipment.
