A barrier designed to reduce the risk of burns from the hot
viewing glass is provided with this appliance and must be
installed for the protection of children and other at-risk
individuals.
The 1184EC front is intended to be used on Valor
heaters models 1100 & 1150. Mounting of the 1184EC
does not affect clearances or other specifications listed
in the appliance installation manuals.

instructions are to be used
in conjunction with the main
installation instructions
for the above listed heater
model.
Note: Mounting of this trim allows for non-combustible
material up to 3/4" (19 mm) thick installed over top of
the required 1/2" (13 mm) cement board. For thicker
finishes, refer to appliance manual.
