Range Resistor and Current Sense Amplier Sections
These sections measure current
owing through the DUT. Figure 4-5 shows this section's block
diagram.
The range resistor converts the current to a proportional voltage which is measured. The range
resistor consists of four resistors, which are switched according to the signal source output
level.
The current sense amplier, which is a dierential amplier, amplies the voltage across the
range resistor.
