CAUTION:
Do not attempt to remove or pull on the document while the machine is operating.
Do not turn the machine off during a job except in the event of a malfunction.
Except when using Continuous Mode, do not place the next document on the document tray until
the current operation is completed. Please see instructions for Continuous Mode on Page 18.
Note
To stop the operation, press Stop. Press Start again to restart the operation or use Feed and Cut to
feed/cut the document manually.
To avoid accidentally cutting your document in the wrong place, press and hold the Cut button for more
than 0.5 seconds.

(4) Turn the POWER dial to Cutter Off, Border or
No Border to select the cut mode.
Please refer to 'How to define the cutting
position' page 16.
(5) Press Start.
The document is fed into the machine. The
machine will automatically start to detect the
top and side edges of the document. The
green light of the Start button will blink during
the finishing process. When the Cutter Mode is
set to Border or No Border, the top edge of the
film will automatically be cut off. When the
Cutter Off mode is selected, the machine will
detect the size of the document and leave a
large border of laminate.
Note
The buzzer sounds if the document was not
positioned correctly or if the document is too
small to be laminated or too large to be
laminated with the cartridge that is installed in
the machine. Re-position the document or
select a larger size cartridge and press Start
again.
(6) The document is ejected through the
document output area when the process is
complete. If the document is longer than 18.5",
the job will pause. Press Start again to
continue the process.
