as tightly as possible
at the tension wheel.

– For the accumulation
roller chain:

– For Vplus accumulation
roller chain:
3 842 539 357
Note:
• Remove the same number
of chain links from both
chains.
• Note the number of chain
links removed in the
service plan.
• Exchange the chain
if the admissible
elongation of the chain
(= 3% of the original
length) is exceeded.
8. Close the chain.
9. Release the chain
tensioner.
Check the tension
of the chain.
10. Mount the bottom cover
sheets and the side
cover plates.
11. Mount the external
housing element halves.
12. Mount the gear motor.
