Perform the work steps
on both sides at the same
time.
1. Dismount the gear
motor.
2. Remove the external
housing element halves.
3. Turn the drive shaft with
the help of a wrench in
the transport direction
until the master link
appears on the chain
tensioner.
The master link
of the accumulation roller
chain can be recognized
through the galvanized

4. Pull the chain tensioner

in its fi nal position with
a pin or a screwdriver.
