Actel recommends powering down the board during programming. Do
not drive tristated I/O's with 3.3V signals during programming or the I/
O pads will latch up and a high current will flow through the I/O pad
cell, which can damage the device.
There are two low-voltage power supplies, V
addition, SE II requires two high-voltage sources (V
programming. See Table 8 for a summary of voltage values required
for programming.
