9. Before plugging the appliance to the mains
supply, check that the sockets conform to
national safety standards.
10. Never leave the appliance unattended
within reach of children, whether it is in use or
not.
11. If the power cord has been damaged,
switch the air cooler off and unplug the cord.
The power cord must be replaced by the
manufacturer or a qualified person.
