Document the deviations compared to expected results during the commissioning and testing procedures. Do not release
the system for use if any unacceptable deviations exist.
5.3 Setting the Parameters
Use the VACON
Safe tool to parameterize the Advanced safety option board. The parameterization process of the Advanced safety
®
option board has 4 steps.
Procedure
1.
To select the desired safety functions and features, go to "Select functions" in the PC tool.
2.
Go to "Adjust parameters" in the PC tool.
3.
Verify the transfer of parameters to the option board. Go to "Verify and Approve".
