2: Extraction Switch
Single extraction
Push the switch to the right, and let it return to the middle
position. A 30 second extraction will start; the first 5 seconds are
to start up the pump slowly, then 25 seconds for coffee
extraction.
Dual extraction
Push the switch to the left, and let it return to the middle position.
A 30 second extraction will start; the first 5 seconds are to start up
the pump slowly, then 25 seconds for coffee extraction. The
difference with the single extraction is that the machine will add
some additional thermal heat to the system to support the faster
water flow required for the dual shots.
1. An extraction can be stopped by pushing the switch one time
more.
