10: Water Tank

The 2.4 liter water tank is the source of water for hot water, steam and coffee. It
can be reached from the top (12) or from the side (10). The tank should be
positioned correctly towards the sensor (on the right side at the back of the
machine, see sticker), otherwise the machine assumes there is no water in the
tank.
The tank should be filled with de-scaled water (< 8 dH) at room temperature.
The suction port of the long flexible tube should be located near the bottom in
the tank, and should not be in front of the sensor.
If the water is topped up in the tank, make sure that water only gets into the
tank and is not spilled next to it or even into the machine, possibly damaging
the electrics and electronics.
