5: Brew Group

The brew group is the central entity that connects the portafilter holder containing
the coffee grind. The filter holder should be turned approx. 45° to the left,
inserted with the wings in the brew group, and finally clamped counter-clockwise
(the brew group can slightly move in the clamping direction). When tightened, the
handle should stop between about 5 o'clock and 7 o'clock.
Caution: The brew group and the connected portafilter are very hot during operation,
don't touch it to prevent skin burns.
