6.7.3 Grad cursor measurement (on B-H graph)

② The rotation center of Grad cursor is the center of Cross cursor. Therefore, if the position of the rotation center of Grad cursor is to be
changed, change the cursor to Cross cursor and move the cursor position.
➂ Pushing allows the movement amount of the cursor to toggle between Coarse (movement in unit of 20 points) and
Fine (movement in unit of 1 point). For Fine movement, "Fine" is displayed at the upper side on B-H graph.
