Repair and sending of repaired product
If a failure occurs, return this product to our service center. Any failure which occurs in the term of
guarantee and for which Iwatsu is responsible should be repaired without any cost.
When sending a product to be repaired, clearly write the product name, serial number (in the label
on the rear of this product), and description of the failure, name, division, and telephone number of
responsible person.
About the open security seal
In this product, the open security seal is pasted to main unit (one place) and measurement POD
