- Page 2 1.0 General The 4084/4086 Expansion Kit increases the cross connect capacity of an existing 4084 or 4086 Cabinet to 3600 pairs. There is no service interruption during installation and the new and existing feeder and distribution pairs can be jumpered to each other.
