  • Page 5 Step 1 Assemble your unit on a carpeted fl oor or on the empty å carton to avoid scratching your unit or the fl oor. To begin assembly, push ten å FASTENERS (10F) into the large holes in the ENDS (A and B), UPRIGHT (C), and BOTTOM (E2). Do not tighten the FASTENERS in this step.

  • Page 21 Step 17 Carefully stand your unit upright. å Before fastening the DOOR to your unit, be sure the mounting screw is against the stops as shown in the right diagram. If å it isn't, loosen the mounting screw to slide it against the stops. Then tighten the mounting screw. Fasten a DOOR (G) to the RIGHT END (A) as shown in the lower diagram.

Follow the text below to make needed adjustments. å DOOR ADJUSTMENTS: å To adjust the DOORS from side to side (horizontal), turn the adjusting screw in or out. To adjust the DOORS up and down (vertical), loosen both vertical adjustment screws.

  • Page 24 Step 20 Push the RUBBER SLEEVES (2R) over the METAL PINS (1R). Insert the METAL PINS into the hole locations of your choice å in the ENDS (A and B) and UPRIGHT (C). Set the ADJUSTABLE SHELVES (H) onto the METAL PINS. Using your hammer, gently tap a CAM COVER (13P) onto each visible HIDDEN CAM.
