3.2 Test cycle

■ SDmatic test
❏ To launch a test cycle from the main menu, press on the Test icon
(refer to page 57).
❏ Then press on "Flour".
Press on "Flour"
❏ A numerical keypad is displayed. Enter the flour weight, using the
pen for touch screen and the keypad.
Validate by pressing on the validation key.
Numerical keypad
❏ Two additional values can be entered into the SDmatic: the water
content and the protein content.
The default values are the following:
- water content: 14.00%,
- protein content: 12.00%.
The water content and the protein content can be modified by
pressing on the corresponding value: a numerical keypad is
displayed.
These values can be expressed in dry matter or in 14% base.
To switch from dry matter to % (or the other way round), press on
"dm".
