2. Loosen the thermocouple from the interrupter block.
See Fig. 9.

3. Remove the gas inlet pipe, thermocouple interrupter
block, burner tube, and the pilot tube from the gas
control valve. See Fig. 9.
4. Remove the two screws securing the gas control to the
support plate. See Fig. 10.

5. Remove the thermostat sensing bulb from it mounting
bracket and remove the gas control valve from the
heater.
CASE REMOVAL
1. Remove the 2 screws securing the emitter to the case.
See Fig. 11.

2. Remove the 4 hex head bolts under the heater base.
Taking care not to drop the bolts between the heat
shield. See Fig. 12.

3. Lift the case assembly.
