3.5.7 Reference list
The reference list below lists all of the data points provided by the
SFC for the various fieldbus systems. Each data point has access
rights and is thus defined as input (read) or output (write) data.
Access rights: R:
The way the process data is addressed varies, depending on the
bus system.
With Modbus TCP, Modbus register addressing is used. Each
register is 2 bytes (1 word) in size.
