Separate materials by type (cardboard, plastic, wood, etc.) and place them in the specific collection
sites, accessible only to authorised personnel, so that they will be disposed of by specialised companies.
Even the wooden beams and pallets must be taken to the specific collection site for disposal.
USING THE MACHINE
The machine can be operated as follows:
PREPARATION
1)
Insert the plug into the power supply outlet.
2)
Power up the machine by switching on the mains 1.
3)
Open the protection to access the mixer zone.
4)
Lift the blocking coupling of the accessories.
5)
Remove the current accessory and replace it with the one desired.
6)
Lower the sleeve, making sure that you insert the rear dowel into the sleeve.
7)
Close the protection.
8)
Read the indications on the plate carefully: FIG 3.
9)
Continue with the process or use the mains switch 1 to stop the machine.
10) Disconnect the electrical system plug from the outlet (if necessary).
WORKING PHASE FIG. 2
1)
Insert the plug into the mains socket.
2)
Power up the machine by means of the main switch 1.
3)
Open the access guard in the mixer zone.
4)
Put the ingredients into the basin.
5)
Close the mesh guard.
6)
Activate the timer by pressing the knob no. 4
7)
Make the desired timer setting in minutes (from o to 99), or press knob no. 4 to engage or disengage the
use of the timer.
8)
Start processing by pressing the motor start button no. 3
9)
Adjust the speed by means of knob no. 4 on the basis of your own experience:
-
from a minimum of 40 r.p.m. (to the left)
-
To a maximum of 200 r.p.m. (to the right)
10) Start processing.
11) When processing is complete, press button no. 2 to stop the cycle.
(or wait until the end of the set time
passed and will restart to complete the remaining time)
12) Open the guard.
13) Remove the mixing accessory.
14) Raise the tank from the 2 lateral stops (7) to extract it.
15) Raise the basin and empty the contents into a recipient prepared beforehand.
16) Thoroughly clean the basin and all the parts in contact with the processed material.
17) Position the basin and lock it on the two pins (7).
18) Return to stage #5 if you intend to resume work: otherwise continue.
19) Close the guard.
20) Cut off the power to the machine by means of the main switch.
21) Pull the plug out from the socket.
