OPERATION
Introducing the ingredients: The operator introduces the ingredients manually into the bowl.
Work cycle: The ingredients are mixed for a predefined time by interchangeable accessories, depending on
the dough desired.
Unloading dough: The operator unloads the dough manually by removing the bowl from the support of the
machine and unloading the contents into a specifically assigned place.

Description
ENGLISH
A red mushroom-shaped button on a yellow base interrupts
the operation of the machine in case of an emergency.
A structure that prevents people from going near dangerous
parts.
Enables start-up of the machine only if the bowl is
assembled and positioned correctly.
These stop the machine if the protection is opened during
operation.
Reduce the passage of vibrations to the ground.
