Problem
Cannot remove the disc.
Completely distorted picture or

Press and hold [EJECT A] for more than 5 seconds.
Unplug the AC adapter and plug it in again, then press [EJECT A].
Make sure the disc is Region compatible or otherwise compatible with this
unit.
Adjust the volume
Check if speakers are connected correctly.
Check the HDMI connections.
Check the settings in "Audio Out" menu.
Check the disc for fingerprints / scratches and clean with a soft cloth wiping
from centre to outer edge.
Clean the disc.
Make sure that the product supports the disc.
• Blu-ray Disc™ : "B"
• DVD : "ALL" or "2"
Clean the disc.
The format of the USB flash drive is not accepted by this unit or the USB
flash drive is not compatible.
Make sure that the disc was recorded in the UDF, ISO9660 or JOLIET
format.

Make sure that the bit rate of the MP3 files is between 112 and 320 kbps.
Make sure that the sample rate of the MP3 files is 32 kHz, 44.1 kHz or

Reset this unit by turning it off for 30 seconds, then on again.
Aim the remote control directly at infrared sensor window on the front
panel. (Refer to page 8)
Reduce the distance to infrared sensor window.
Check the + / – polarity of the batteries and replace both batteries in the
remote control if required.
The operation is not possible.
To completely reset the unit, touch and hold [Q (standby/on)] on the
front panel for 10 seconds to shut down the unit or unplug the AC adapter
from the AC outlet for 5 - 10 seconds.
Operations may not be permitted by the disc. Refer to the instructions of
the disc.
Condensation? (Let sit 1 or 2 hours)
Check if the disc is compatible with this unit. (Refer to page 19.)
Wipe dirt off the disc or replace the disc.
