Appendixes APPENDIX B: BRAKE LINING HANDLING PRECAUTIONS Taylor-Dunn does not currently supply asbestos fiber-brake pads/ shoes with any vehicle. However, there is the possibility that the original brake pads/shoes were replaced with aftermarket pads/shoes containing asbestos. Since this possibility does exist, the brake pads/ shoes should be handled as if they do contain asbestos.
