READJUSTING THE CONVERGENCE

» Choose a dust-free workshop to readjust the convergence.
» Turn on the power with the LCD rubber bushing off.
Keep the projection lens focus intact in its initial condition.
» Feed the crosshatch pattern signal and get the green and other to-be-adjusted color
only displayed.
(1) Loosen the convergence lock screws "d".
(2) Adjust the B-LCD in the X and θZ directions with respect to the screen center of G-LCD.
(3) Now tighten up the convergence lock screws "d".
(4) Adjust the R-LCD in the X and θZ directions with respect to the screen center of G-LCD.
(5) Finally tighten up the convergence lock screws "d".
Note: An eccentric cam is used for adjusting the convergence (X direction). This means that the turning direction
and the linear movement are not consistent.
