The 157 UV-VIS Detector is a single, variable wavelength
HPLC spectrophotometer detector for routine
HPLC applications, including fast LC methods. This robust
UV detector features a highly flexible and compact design. The
detector offers a variable wavelength range of 190–750 nm
and provides a competitive advantage for biological samples.
A wide range of flow cells are available for practically any
LC application, including PEEK flow cells for analytical and
preparative HPLC and pilot scale flow cells for flow rates up to
1 L/min.
The 159 UV-VIS Detector is a multiple, variable wavelength
detector that offers high sensitivity and baseline stability for
HPLC applications, including fast LC methods. With its high
speed scanning design, up to four different wavelengths can
be monitored simultaneously while acquiring spectral data
from 190–750 nm. With the ability to monitor four
wavelengths simultaneously, researchers are more readily able
to track impurities and see what they've previously been
missing.
