Right-click [USB Printing Support], and then click [Properties].

click [USB PRINTER], and then click [Properties].
Check that [Unknown] is displayed for [Manufacturer].

Right-click [USB printers], and then click [Uninstall device].

On the [Uninstall Device] screen, select the [Delete the driver software for this

device] check box, and then click [Uninstall].
Disconnect, and then reconnect the USB cable.

Check that [USB Printing Support] is displayed under [Universal Serial Bus controllers]
