7.1 General DWA0120 troubleshooting

None of the LEDs light up (DWA0120 does not work)
Make sure that:
• The DWA0120 is plugged into a power socket outlet.
• You are using the correct power supply for your DWA0120 device.
The power requirements for your DWA0120 are clearly indicated on the identification label of the DWA0120.
Only use the power supply unit that is supplied with your DWA0120.
• The DWA0120 is turned on via the push button or rocker switch on the back panel.
The Broadband LED does not light up or is blinking
If your are using the DWA0120 as
• Make sure that the DSL cable is correctly connected. For more information, see

• Make sure that the DSL service is enabled on your telephone line. For more information, contact your Internet Service
Provider.
• Check the Broadband settings on the web interface. Proceed as follows:
