2.4 Pre-Operation Inspection
Before using the device the first time, verify that it operates normally to ensure that the no
damage occurred during storage or shipping. If you find any damage, contact your dealer or
Hioki representative.

Peripheral Device Inspection
Is the power cord insulation torn, or is
any metal exposed?
Is the connection cord insulation torn, or
is any metal exposed?

Device Inspection
Is damage to the device evident?
Does the supply voltage of your power
source match the supply voltage indicated
above the power source inlet on the rear of
the device?

Please read the "Operating Precautions" (p.3) before use.
