General maintenance information

Even with intended use by environmental influences, the service life of hose lines and pipelines is
limited. As a preventative measure, all hose lines and pipelines should be replaced regularly in
accordance with their load.
The following sections describe the maintenance work that is required for optimal and fault-free
operation of the device.
Check wearing parts such as seals at regular intervals. The level of wear depends on the abrasive-
ness of the spray fluid used. Escaping air and spray fluid are signs that parts are worn. In case of
questions about maintenance work and intervals, contact the manufacturer; see contact informa-
tion on the last page.
