    Diaphragm pump MP-560 1 Function and identification Function The MP-560 is an air-operated diaphragm pump. The pressure required at the extraction point can be adjusted continuously variably using the com- pressed air controller. As soon as the set fluid pressure has been reached, the diaphragm pump switches off automati- cally.

    The owner must have all safety equipment checked regularly for functionality and complete- ness. Intended use The MP-560 diaphragm pump is a pump operated with compressed air and is used exclusively: for the conveying of liquid and low-viscosity coatings from non-pressurised storage con- tainers.

    Remove the valve ball ( Fig. 9/3) and seal ( Fig. 9/4). The valve seats ( Fig. 9/5) can only be replaced by Krautzberger GmbH. You have to return the pressure and suction connection ( Fig. 9/2) for this purpose. See the last page for contact information.
