Replace valve parts

1. Clean diaphragm pump (
2. Make sure that the compressed air supply is switched off and secured against a restart.
3. Reduce the fluid pressure by activating the extraction point.

CAUTION!
Risk of injury from spring force!
The screw plugs are under pressure from springs.
Carefully unscrew each screw plug ( Fig. 11/1).
5. Remove the seal ( Fig. 11/2), valve spring ( Fig. 11/3), valve ball ( Fig. 11/4), valve seat (
Fig. 11/5), O-ring ( Fig. 11/6) and, if applicable, spacer basket ( Fig. 11/7).
6. Check all parts for damage and wear and replace them as necessary.
