Hose and pipelines
Even with intended use, the service life of hose and pipelines is limited due to environmental
influences. For the sake of prevention, all hose and pipelines should be replaced regularly
according to their load.
8.2

General maintenance information

The following sections describe the maintenance work that is required for optimal and fault-free
operation of the diaphragm pump.
Check wearing parts such as seals at regular intervals. The level of wear depends on the abrasive-
ness of the spray medium used. Escaping air and spray medium are signs that parts are worn.

maintenance intervals.
