DELIVERING CAPPUCCINO
There are different ways to prepare cappuccino.
Method 1 (Automatic cappuccino)
Do not use the milk frothing jug to conserve the
beverages. Always clean the jug thoroughly
after each use.
Open the milk frothing jug and fill it to cappuccino

level. Close the jug and position it on the machine.
Check the jug is positioned correctly and keys 3
and 4 are lit up with steady light.
With the capsule loading arm open, insert

the Lavazza FIRMA capsule in the appropriate
pod-holder.
Check that a capsule has been inserted. If there
is no capsule, the machine will delivery water,
not coffee.
Check there is enough water in the tank before
preparing cappuccino.

Press the cappuccino key to start the machine.
After a few seconds the machine will start to warm
and froth the milk. When ready, the machine
delivers the measure of coffee in the jug and stops
automatically.
Method 2 (Cappuccino in 2 steps)
Do steps 1, 2, 3 and 4 in paragraph
FREE MEASURE ESPRESSO DELIVERY.
Use an adequately sized cup.
Open the milk frothing jug and fill it to cappuccino
level. Close the jug and position it on the machine.
Check the jug is positioned correctly and keys 3
and 4 are lit up with steady light.
Press and hold the cappuccino key for 3 seconds,
until the machine starts. Release the key.
After a few seconds the machine starts warming
and frothing the milk.
When ready the machine stops without automati-
cally pouring the coffee in the jug.
Open the jug and pour the frothed milk into the
cup with the previously made coffee in it.
CAUTION: DO NOT MAKE MORE THAN 5 CON-
SECUTIVE CAPPUCCINOS. THE MACHINE WILL
BE READY TO USE AGAIN AFTER ABOUT 10
MINUTES.
