11 AUDIO-VISUAL EQUIPMENT

11.1 TELEVISION

General points
- The television supply operates on alternating current. Depending on the equipment of the
boat, alternating current may be provided by:
- the AC shore power socket,
- the generator,
- the DC / AC converter powered by service batteries.
- A circuit-breaker protects the circuit.
- Pre-cabling for the aerial is already installed on the boat.
Starting up
- First turn on the circuit breaker, then switch on the TV.
Mechanism for raising/lowering the TV
- The equipment can be activated while underway.
- The stowage unit opening and closing mechanism motor is very powerful.
Please do not obstruct the movement of the TV, especially when stowing it in
its compartment. Beware of the risk of trapping a part of your body, especially
the hands.
- Keep children away when handling mechanisms.
