    CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE A few cooking tips Use only saucepans and frying pans with a sturdy, preferably thick bottom. This is particularly important when preparing food requiring high cooking temperatures, such as fried foods. If the bottom of the pan is not perfectly flat, the food takes longer to cook and uses up more energy.

If you cannot find any reason for the malfunction: turn off the appliance and do not manhandle it. Call in the technical support service. The appliance comes with a guarantee certificate that entitles you to use the technical support service.
