CHEDULED
(SCC)
This feature allows the driver to pre-condition
(warm up or cool down) the passenger cabin
based on a planned departure time. The target
temperature is preset to the same values used
by the Remote Start feature. Unlike Remote
Start, the driver does not need to initiate the
ODE
cabin conditioning by pushing the Remote Start
button, instead, a programmed departure time
will be used. Also, all scheduled cabin
conditioning will be powered by the vehicle's
High Voltage Battery working in conjunction with
any EVSE connected to the vehicle. Unlike
Remote Start, in SCC the vehicle's gas engine
will not start to provide power or heat for cabin
conditioning.
