<Measurement conditions>
Upstream side: Tube T1613, TU1610, and TU1208. The length of the tube is cut so that the pipe volume is 100cc and 50cc.
Downstream side: Standard nozzle (50mm)
Supply pressure: 0.3 MPa, 0.5MPa
Measurement point: 10mm and 50mm from the opening of the nozzle.
