IGNITION SYSTEM
COOLING FAN/FLYWHEEL
REMOVAL/INSTALLATION
REMOVAL
Remove the following parts:
– Fan cover (page 5-2).
– Ignition coil (page 8-6).
FLYWHEEL
REMOVAL:
Hold the flywheel with a commercially available strap
wrench and use the special tool to remove the flywheel.
Do not hit the flywheel with a hammer.

NUT (16 mm)
REMOVAL:
Hold the flywheel with a commercially available
strap wrench and remove the 16 mm nut.
Take care not to damage the cooling fan.
