CARBURETOR DISASSEMBLY/ASSEMBLY
Gasoline is highly flammable and explosive. You
can be burned or seriously injured when handling
fuel.
• Keep heat, sparks, and flame away.
• Handle fuel only outdoors.
• Wipe up spills immediately.
To prevent serious eye injury, always wear safety
goggles or other eye protection when using
compressed air.
Tampering is a violation of Federal and California law.
Remove the carburetor (page 6-6).
Before disassembly, clean the outside of the carburetor.
PILOT JET SET
ASSEMBLY:
Before installing, clean
thoroughly with a jet
cleaning tool, carburetor
cleaner, and low-pressure
compressed air.
Lightly lubricate the O-ring
to ensure easy installation
into the carburetor body.
MAIN NOZZLE
ASSEMBLY:
UPPER SIDE
