PUMP WON'T PRIME
Perform vacuum test (page 10-7).
Low vacuum
Disassemble pump and inspect.
Impeller and / or volute worn.

Volute loose.

Damaged or missing pump housing O-rings.

Mechanical seal damaged.
•
Inlet port gasket / inlet valve damaged.
•
Cracked pump housing.
•
Leaking drain or fill plugs.

DISCHARGE VOLUME OR PRESSURE TOO LOW
