TROUBLE SHOOTING
Problem: Pump not activating with low water.
1. Possible Cause: No power.
Solution: Check connections and ensure float switch and top up pump are connected to
the correct DC jacks.
2. Possible Cause: Float not moving with water level due to deposits or detritus on the
shaft/float.
Solution: Clean float and shaft ensuring they are free from deposits and detritus, which may
build up over time.
Problem: Pump constantly on.

Problem: Pump activating with high water level.
1. Possible cause: Air bubbles trapped under the float
Solution: manually move float to free bubbles, ensure guard is correctly positioned and the
float is in an area free from collecting bubbles.
