18. Install Washers (30) into Housing, with small diame-
ter of Washers against End Plate.
19. Assemble Washer (31) onto Rotor.
20. Coat Hammers (35) with ARO 33153 grease and as-
semble into Hammer Frame in the same location as
when they were disassembled. NOTE: To utilize both
impacting surfaces, assemble Hammers (35) with
half- -round notches on opposite sides.
21. Assemble Hammer Pins (34) to Hammer Frame (33).
MAINTENANCE SECTION
22. Swing the top Hammer to its full extreme one way or
23. Pilot (42) must be removed to replace Gasket (43).
24. Assemble Hammer Case (40) to Housing, securing
23
the other until you can slide the Anvil thru it. Swing
the bottom Hammer in the opposite direction from
the top Hammer and slide the Anvil into the bottom
Hammer.
with Cap Screws (44).
Tighten Screws to 60 - - 70 in. lb.
