By default, dictation files in the Outbox folder
are transferred only after clicking the

button on the toolbar. To transfer
dictations automatically:

Submit dictation files to a speech
recognition application
If a speech recognition system such as
SpeechMagic or Dragon Naturally Speaking is
installed on the PC, the

button is available on the toolbar.

Encrypted dictation files must be decrypted
before they are submitted for speech
recognition.
Speech recognition is not supported for
dictation files with the following recording
formats:
.wav files with a sampling rate of less than
11kHz.
.dss files recorded in
mobile format.
