The Do Not Disturb (DND) feature on the Matrix ETERNITY phone allows extension users to block incoming calls from other extensions to avoid interruptions. Even when DND is active, the user still receives external calls transferred by the operator or other phones, DID and DDI calls, alarm calls, reminder calls, and auto call back calls. DND can be set or canceled by the extension user or remotely by the operator.
