2.5 Intended use of the stud welding guns With the SOYER® stud welding guns, pins and threaded studs from M3 to M8 (up to M10 with special gun and adapter) as well as many different weld fasteners made of steel, stainless steel, aluminium and brass can be welded in accordance with DIN EN ISO 13918 (capacitor discharge).
