To prevent potential problems and comply with radiation regulations, VEGA
recommends the following maintenance schedule.

Procedure
Ensure that the source holder is in the
correct location. If the source is not in
the correct location, contact your
regulatory agency immediately.
Check for loose mounting hardware.
Make certain the tags and labels are in
place and legible.
Make certain there is no buildup of dirt
or process material on operating
handles or cables.
Check the housing and operating
handle.
Clean and paint as necessary. Do not
paint labels.
