Reconfiguring the electronic controller
The supply voltage can be reconfigured by switching over the DIP switch S2 (26)
and reconnecting the coloured flat connectors to X5/X6/X7:
110 V – 125 V AC/DC <> 220 V – 250 V AC/DC
24 V to 32 V DC <> 48 V to 60 V DC
24 V – 60 V DC cannot be reconfigured by the customer to 110 V – 125 V AC/DC.
An exchange of the electronic connector is described in the operating instructions
9229 0092.
If the factory-supplied configuration is changed by the customer, the MLFB on the
rating plate is invalid. In that case, the MLFB on the rating plate must be changed.
Line g, s to v, see page 19, Fig. 12.
Beware of material damage caused by electrostatic discharge to the electronic
controller
Electrostatic discharge can cause material damage to the electronic controller and
restrict its functionality.
To prevent damage to electronic components, discharge any existing electrostatic
charges on hands or tools by touching grounded surfaces prior to touching electron-
ic components and before removing the connector plugs.
Store all disassembled screws, washers, and nuts safely for reuse.
Tool:
-
Flat-head screwdriver size 0.6 x 3.5 for the connectors and
-
hexagon spanner size 4 for the cover
Loosen the slot-head screws of connectors A1/A2 and E1/E2 on both sides and
remove connectors.
Remove the hexagon socket screws in the cover hood (25) with the washers on
the side and lift them off to remove them.
