5.2 Meaning of labels

The meaning of the individual labels can be directly derived from the text at the corresponding
position.
A new nameplate can be obtained from SORG Rollstuhltechnik if the original one is lost or dam-
aged.

5.3 Declaration of conformity

Vector
SORG Rollstuhltechnik hereby declares that the Vector product is a Class 1 device and complies
with the applicable provisions of EC Directive 93/42/EEC Annex VII on medical devices.
This was verified by a conformity assessment procedure in accordance with the
Medical Devices Directive Annex VII.
This declaration shall lose its validity if the product is modified without the con-
sent of SORG Rollstuhltechnik.
Vector BSA
SORG Rollstuhltechnik hereby declares that the Vector BSA product is a Class 1 device and com-
plies with the applicable provisions of EC Directive 93/42/EEC Annex VII on medical devices.
